Delivery
When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 3-7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. The shipping time depends on where you live, but it can be estimated as follows:
● United States: 3 - 4 business days
● Europe: 6 - 8 working days
● Australia: 2 - 14 business days
● Japan: 4 - 8 business days
● International: 10 - 20 working days

When will I receive my order?
Our delivery times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things return to normal. We are seeing delays in our supply chain, including at distributors and carriers, as the entire industry faces challenges. It is difficult to predict shipping times.
Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with an on-demand fulfillment company with facilities around the world!
My order should have arrived, but I still haven't received it. What should I do ?
Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the shipping address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Visit your neighbors in case the courier has left them the package
If the shipping address is correct and the package has not been dropped off at the post office or at your neighbor's, contact us at contact @ kokedamax indicating your order number. If you have found an error in your shipping address, we may send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your expense.

How are your products made?
We work with a distributor of print-on-demand products. They are found all over the world, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from whichever site can do it most efficiently!
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you have any questions regarding the tracking or shipping of your order, write to us at contact@kokedamax.com
I received a wrong / damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered has arrived damaged. To help us resolve this issue quickly, please email us at contact@kokedamax.com within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have regarding your order.
Returns
What is your return policy ?
We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is a problem with your order, please let us know by contacting us at contact@kokedamax.com
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive wrong or damaged items. If you are concerned, please contact us at contact@kokedamax.com by sending us pictures of the damaged items and we will do what is necessary to refund you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size / color?
At the moment, we do not offer exchanges. If you are not sure which size is best for you, take a look at our size guides: we have one for each item listed on our store, in the product description section.
